Roofing contractors who invest in their employees can build better businesses.

"Having the right people around you is essential," professional contractor and TV host Mike Holmes explained during the 2019 International Roofing Expo. "And you're gonna have to spend money to do that — which means the best of the best cost money and need to be taught to do it even better. No matter how you look at it, we, as business owners, must invest in our company, but it comes back tenfold.
